October 25, 2010 -- Melissa was interviewed this morning on live TV and performed two songs, including a brand new one.
On “Studio 10,” which airs weekday mornings at 10am (Eastern time) on the CBS affiliate in Tampa (WTSP-TV), Melissa performed “After All This Time,” from her CD “Waiting.” Following a commercial break co-hosts Holley Sinn and Jerome Ritchey interviewed Melissa, before the show closed with her performing “To Know You Better,” a brand new song that Melissa wrote just prior to the Pensacola Beach Songwriters Festival at the beginning of this month.

Today’s TV appearance continues the media attention that started with another music website publishing a good review of “Waiting,” followed by Melissa appearing on the TV show “Daytime,” which airs nationally. Then, last month, a full-page feature article on Melissa was published in Focus Magazine. (Links to all of these here.)
This morning’s appearance also capped off a weekend that saw Melissa play (closing act) at the City of Winter Springs’ (Florida) 5th annual “Hometown Harvest” two nights ago. Details on where to find pictures from then can be found in the show posting here.
